MyChart and Health Record Connection

Tenir may connect to your MyChart account through Epic's secure FHIR standard — but only with your explicit consent. When you choose to connect MyChart:

• You authorize the connection directly through your MyChart credentials. Tenir never sees or stores your MyChart password.
• Tenir requests only the specific health data needed to support your care — including conditions, medications, lab results, appointments, and care team information.
• You can revoke Tenir's access to your MyChart data at any time, directly through your MyChart account or through Tenir's settings.
• Data pulled from MyChart is used solely to personalize your Tenir experience and is subject to the same privacy protections as all other information you share with Tenir.
• Tenir does not share your MyChart data with Epic, your hospital, or any third party.

• Your data is never sold. To anyone. Ever.
• Your data is never shared with insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, or data brokers.
• Your data is never used for advertising.
• You own your data. You can view, export, and permanently delete it at any time.
